Lessons Offered in Groundwork & Riding
- Lessons ($75.00/private lesson, $50.00/semi-private)
- Private Lessons & Semi-private
- Group classes available (up to 8 per class)
- Ages 10 and Up (Unless special circumstances)
- Helmets recommended (required for age 17 and under)
- Closed toe boots required
- Long pants required
- The first visit serves as an evaluation of the student/horse team. The evaluation consists of reading horses, approaching the horse, haltering, leading, learning quick release knots and tying the horse, grooming, how to pick up and clean out the feet, saddling, and whatever groundwork you may know. The evaluation may or may not include a riding segment. The riding segment will vary based on your level of experience.
